Ubhaya Vedanta sabha was founded with the auspicious blessings of HH Srimat Paramahamsa Parivrajakacharya Sri Tridandi china Srimannarayan Ramanuja Jeeyar Swami in Pentapadu village of West Godavari Dist., Andhra Pradesh in 1987. In the first part of thi 19th century, the Pentapadu village has enjoyed a Grandeur of "Center of Activity "for Srivaishavism.In the due course the glory has been reduced and in the recent times Sriman U Ve N V L N Ramanujacharyulu under the able guidance of Sriman Sri Vacaspati, U Ve vacaspati K S Ramanujacharyulu renovated the culture by establishing the "UBHAYA VEDANTA SABHA " with the following objectives:

-To Propagate the Srisookthis of Alwaz- Acharyas by means of pundit discussions and various types of celebrations.
--To interpret the Poorvacharyas strotras& Dravida Divya Prabandas in Telugu & english for the convenience of the devotees with inclination. 
--Aimed to Protect Sampradaya by making it available to the contemporary Youth through multimedia based Internet.
--To conduct Sudarsana Yagyas in different places on the invitation & interest of the devotees of the place with a view to safeguard the universal peace and the welfare of the mankind.
--To translate the vedantic literature of Sanskrit into telugu/english for the convenience of the devotees

In the course of its activities, in the year of Pramadi (1999-2000) the sabha has conducted the 51st birth Centenary celebrations of Nammalvaz, who belongs to the group of Prapannajana , in Narsapur of West Godavari Dt in the Presence of HH SrimatParamahamsa Parivrajakacharya Sri Tridandi Sri RamaChandra Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamy .On the eve of the celebration, The SriSooktha Of Sri Nammalwaz were published in the name of "SRI PARANKUSA SREE SOOKTHI SUDHA" The next year the sabha celebrated the "Tirumangai Alwaz" Incarination function

The "Divya desa vaibhava Prakasika " given by Sriman kidambi gopala krishnamacharya swamiji, the court scholar of Nuzvid samsthan, was translated inti telugu with detailed pictures & route maps and published by the sabha recently and was released by the goldem hands of HH Srimat Paramahamsa Parivrajakacharya Sri Tridandi china Srimannarayan Ramanuja Jeeyar Swami.The sabha published a detailed interpretation of "Yatiraja Vimsathi and was released by of HH Srimat Paramahamsa Parivrajakacharya Sri Tridandi SriRanga Ramanuja Jeeyar swamy.The sabha also published & released "lakshmi Sahasram of Venkatadhwari in Telugu with suitable interpretation and the work was revealed by Sri Parasara sudarsana bhattar swamy , Sri RanganathaPurohit.

Thus the sabha is busily engaged in celebrating the functions like Alwaz-acharya incarnation , publishing the ubhaya vedanta sampradaya books i and also organising "SUDARSANA YAGAM"in different places of the state on th e invitation of the interested devotees.This year during the Antarvedi Utsav of Sri LakshmiNrusimha Swamy in East Godavari District the Sabha also conducted Sri Sudarsana-Narasimha yagam in a big way.

In the current year the sabha is contemplation to go ahead with publishing "Kannunin Siruthambu","sri parakala Sri Sookthi Sudha etc.

Sriman Sri Vacaspati, U Ve Vacaspati K S Ramanujacharyulu is the President & Sriman U Ve N V L N Ramanujacharyulu is the Secretary of the Ubhaya Vedanta Sabha.
